Refund and Returns Policy
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original packaging.
- Include all original labels, accessories, and proof of purchase.
⚠️ Once the packaging has been opened or the product used, it is not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety regulations.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Opened or used e-liquids, pods, or disposable vapes.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or negligence.
- Promotional or clearance items.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition:
- Refunds will be processed within 3 to 10 business days.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for purchase.
- If delays occur, we will notify you via email or phone.
We aim to make this process as quick and seamless as possible.
4. Product Replacement
If you receive a defective item or experience an issue with a device within 30 days of purchase:
- Contact our support team immediately at support@dxbvapeclub.com or call +971 55233 7521.
- We will arrange a pickup and replacement within 1–2 business days, once the product has been inspected.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Replacement is not available for products that are damaged by misuse, accidental drops, or unauthorized modifications.
5. Exceptions and Limitations
- DXB Vape Club is not responsible for returns or replacements requested after 30 days of purchase.
- Items purchased more than one month ago cannot be refunded or replaced.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
