1. Delivery Areas & Zones

  • We deliver across Dubai and to all UAE Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah, etc.).

  • Some remote or outlying areas may require additional delivery time or might incur extra charges.

⚠️ All delivery times are subject to stock availability, traffic, courier constraints, and weather conditions.

3. Delivery Fees & Free Shipping

  • Orders above AED 350 (or your threshold) qualify for free delivery in Dubai and many other Emirates.

  • For orders below the free-shipping threshold, a standard delivery fee applies (e.g. AED 20–40 depending on location).

  • In remote areas, additional surcharges may apply — these will be shown at checkout before payment.

  • The delivery fee is non-refundable, unless we make an error in fulfilling your order.

4. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed within 1 business hour after confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends, will be dispatched on the next working day.

  • Once your order is handed off to the courier, you will receive a tracking number and dispatch notification via email or SMS.

5. Courier Partners & Tracking

  • We partner with reliable local couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • You can track your order at any time using the provided tracking link or by contacting our support team.

  • The courier may call you ahead before delivering to confirm your address or coordinate the drop-off.

6. Failed Delivery / Reschedule

  • If a delivery attempt fails (customer not present, wrong address, etc.), we’ll contact you to reschedule.

  • A second attempt may incur an additional fee (if outside the free-delivery terms).

  • If the parcel remains undelivered beyond a defined period (e.g. 3 days), it may be returned to us — we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery or refund.

7. Safety & Packaging

  • Every order is carefully packaged to ensure products arrive in pristine condition, with tamper-evident seals where appropriate.

  • For products sensitive to heat or environmental conditions, we may use insulated packaging or expedited delivery to protect quality.

8. Exceptional Situations

  • In the event of extreme weather, courier delays, system outages, or force majeure events, delivery times may be delayed.

  • We commit to keeping you informed and doing our best to minimize inconvenience.
